Lee Anne Chaffin – Broker / Owner, Property Manager

Lee Anne has been licensed since 1987 in California and Nevada. She started Chaffin Real Estate Services in 2005. She has been managing property since 1998. She Knows and Loves Fernley! She’s lived in Fernley for more than 20 years and knows the City well. She has served as a Lyon County School Board Trustee for 11 years. Her husband Curt served as a City Council member for 12 years after Fernley became a city. They both are very involved in the community they live in.

My name is Paula Koger and I have loved Northern Nevada for many years. Professionally, I have grown up learning about the real estate industry. My mom Lee Anne Chaffin, Broker of Chaffin Real Estate Services has been my mentor and leads with over 35 years’ experience. I have been an educator for almost 20 years and a Realtor ® for just over a year. I am very familiar with the Reno/Sparks area having grown up here since 1993 from Long Beach CA area.
